Mandate

The United Counties of Prescott and Russell Public Works Department is responsible for the maintenance of all County Roads within Prescott and Russell. County Roads are divided into three sectors, each serviced by its assigned garage and staff; Cassburn - East sector, Plantagenet - Central sector, and Embrun - West sector. The Department is also responsible for the maintenance of all Corporate and Housing Services buildings.

Conservation and Demand Plan

The United Counties of Prescott and Russell adopted a revised Energy Conservation and Demand Management Plan in June 2024. The Plan builds on the original plan created in 2014 and subsequently updated in 2019.
