Prescott and Russell Community Safety and Well-being Plan
The United Counties of Prescott and Russell have been working
with their community partners since July of 2019 to develop a Community
Safety and Well-being Plan, as mandated by legislation under the Police Services Act. Over one hundred community individuals, groups, organizations, and agencies have been consulted in this process.
