The United Counties of Prescott and Russell wish to update the population on the rehabilitation work currently underway on the Albert Bélanger Bridge, located on County Road 8 in Lemieux.
The work, which began in February 2023, is progressing as planned, and a full reopening of the bridge is still scheduled for the fall of 2023.
"We are pleased to report that the project is on track and on schedule," said Jérémie Bouchard, Director of Public Works for the United Counties of Prescott and Russell.
"While our crew completes the final phase of this major rehabilitation project, I would like to thank the public for their patience and excellent cooperation," added Normand Riopel, Warden of the United Counties of Prescott and Russell.
