Prescott and Russell 2024-2029 Economic Development Strategy and Action Plan

In Prescott and Russell, the extensive network of economic development organizations and communities have a strong desire to work together to attract and retain new and diverse investments to create employment, increase tax assessment, and generate prosperity. With support from the United Counties of Prescott and Russell and the Federal Economic Development Agency for Southern Ontario, the Prescott & Russell Development Corporation engaged Deloitte Economic Advisory to develop a five-year economic development strategy and implementation plan.
