Emergency Measures

The emergency management process is part of the legislative provisions of the Standards Regulation. The plans for the emergency measures and the regulatory documents are in place to ensure that a minimum level of emergency management activities takes place in long-term care homes. The primary applicable legislation is the Long Term Care Recovery Act, 2021.
