The rich biodiversity of the Larose Forest is divided into three main zones: softwood plantings, red maple stands, and wetlands. These areas contain a vast amount of insects, amphibians, reptiles, mammals, fish, birds, vascular plants and mushrooms.
The most observed species in the Larose Forest include deer, beavers, moose, turtles, butterflies and birds of prey.
