On March 19, 2025, the United Counties of Prescott and Russell were present at the launch of the 2025-2029 Strategic Plan of the Hawkesbury and District General Hospital.

The UCPR are pleased to announce that Yves Laviolette, Mayor of the Township of Alfred and Plantagenet, will serve as Warden for the year 2025.

On November 23, 2024, the UCPR held their annual Warden’s Banquet at Vankleek Hill Collegiate Institute. Mr. Normand Riopel, Mayor of Champlain Township, celebrated his second mandate as Warden in front of a full house.
